Prospective authors should submit an extended abstract (2 – 3 pages, PDF) in the Springer OCS System >>.
Note: Extended abstracts do not require the short abstract that is part of the template. This abstract is only required for the full paper.
The extended abstracts will be reviewed by the members of the International Scientific Committee. Authors will be notified whether their paper is accepted for oral presentation or as a poster (including a three-minute presentation). Acceptance of your submission is made with the understanding that at least one author will attend the conference to present the paper. You are welcome to submit more than one paper, but one person cannot present more than one paper.
Authors of accepted extended abstracts should provide the full text (4-8 pages) of their paper prior to the symposium under the “Final” phase in the OCS system using the same template as was used for the extended abstract (see above). Upon uploading the full paper also a short abstract (plain text) should be provided in the upload form. This short abstract will be used in the symposium programme.
After the symposium, all accepted papers will be subjected to an editorial review for inclusion in the official conference proceedings. The proceedings will subsequently be published in the Lecture Notes in Mobility (Springer) book series and will be made freely available to all registered authors.
